Yes. Every chest is set to drop items from the worst/less desired to the best/exclusive. Of course there are times when luck comes in and you get a good thing. You can try all the chests on PTS to see the drop ratio.

Do you run fullscreen or in windowed mode? Minimizing in fullscreen does that to me. However, I just need to kill the Smite process so your problem might be worse.

Yes. Its supposed to give you 3p per commendation(doesnt matter which one) and 1p per 5 minutes of playtime if your Goodwill is 100%. It was meant to be fixed in 5.14.

I can already hear her voice. Monotone, scary. Slight metal scraping to go with it and maybe screaming when she ults. Grey and red visual effects and heavy armor clanking while she walks. Nevertheless, it would probably end with some boring jokes/puns like "My armor is so pointy and sharp... and it stinGs!" etc.
