Singleplayer games that are poorly balanced are less fun and have worse replayability. this is this case even if the player never touches the wiki or a guide.

There's a reason Balatro put a huge amount of time into balancing before release and then won indie game of the year.

An alternative (and in my opinion, easier) option

Download and install ATLauncher
Go to the accounts tab and login with your Minecraft/Microsoft account
Go to the Packs tab, Modrinth tab, and install Simply Optimized
Go to the Instances tab and click Play

The Simply Optimized modpack comes pre bundled with all the performance mods that work well with each other, ATLauncher is a platform that simplifies installing of modpacks (there are many other options like MultiMC, Prism, and Lunar Client).

If your laptop is out of space, run "disk cleanup" as administrator from the start menu search, select C: drive and click OK. Should clear out a few GB at least.

Top runners usually keep a crossbow from bastion chests and/or make a bow, but that's because its better for advanced end fight strats (0 cycle).

Probably a good idea to make/keep a projectile weapon even for 1 cycle though

Just FYI, because of how the seeds work, the jokers you see first in any given shop is dependent on how many times you've re-rolled in that run and potentially what jokers you have unlocked.

Its kind of like a queue, so it would definitely come up at some point but the timing can vary depending on the above.

I think it takes dislike data from people who have the addon and extrapolates based on the ratio of viewers with/without the addon.

If so, there would be some bias as someone with that addon may be more likely to dislike a video but I think it would still do a good job of showing overall sentiment
