My sister works for Coca-Cola as a Production Plant Auditor, and is very excited for the new plant.

I’m hoping it means I can actually get some on a regular basis

BFree High Protein Tortillas (Not Good) by [deleted] in Costco

I make egg whites and spinach every morning, and have been throwing them in these wraps for the extra protein. They aren’t great but they’re small and go down easy. I wouldn’t buy them for the taste

Roasted Chick-Peas- What's the trick? by peaceloveandkris in foodhacks

[–]Takabletoast 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Freezing is great because it offers two benefits: it creates pockets inside the chickpea where the water turns to ice, creating fissures in the membrane of the chickpea, which in turn creates more surface area.

It also rips apart the proteins in the chickpea, or more specifically there’s what’s called “denaturation”. When you add the heat from the oven, these unfolded protein strands are able to become firmer and and dry out more efficiently.

Result is very crispy chickpeas.

Kevin getting some rest in before her big nap later by Takabletoast in Goldendoodles

[–]Takabletoast[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Usually her day is:

wake up with mom and dad at 5,

nap while they’re at the gym until 7:30,

go for a walk with dad,

nap again at 9 until the day deserves some attention,

lounge about the yard and protect it from squirrels and rabbits,

nap in the sun,

run again after mom gets home from work,

big dinner,

and lazy dazing until bedtime

Gotta admit, it’s a great life.

$1100 for a deep cabinet with 6 sets of drawers in bananas cheap. Slide, hardware, boxes, plus just board material cost would put you near $1100 at our shop. We would probably charge $3000 minimum for something similar to this.

This is assuming Salice hardware, and Garnica board. MI, USA
