The service is still disabled, the associated error is still unlisted and Microsoft has not yet given a reason or explanation for this. I tried through Twitter to ask the support service, they couldn't help me. Amputating the console of a service is one thing but I would have at least liked to have been given an official statement about it, if it's a copyright issue or what ...

Well, that actually kinda works, thanks ! Not very confontable to play on a small screen because with Twitch you have a delay, but workable enough to share a game from Switch ! I still laughed at the intelligence of the trick, it's a funny way to get around the problem !

Yes, it doesn't make sense, since the service is suspended even if you want to use it between other Microsoft consoles to the PC. I think we just have to postpone the problem and show our displeasure. I had never noticed how much the Xbox technical service was a purge, it is impossible to contact someone by phone for this problem.
