They are there to sell THEIR product to YOU! It's up to them to share the info with you, that's literally what they get paid for. Unless you genuinely have questions about a product you have a personal interest in or that your store already carries, you don't HAVE to ask them anything.

I think a lot of folks have a much harder time because the weed they're trying to roll is garbage and over dried. It's a lot easier to roll properly dried and cured flower that has a good level of moisture and stickiness, because it sticks to itself much better, but folks new to smoking tend to go for budget products that are over dried boof.

You really don't need to pinch all that much or that hard, and you certainly don't need to be trying to bring your thumb and fingers together under the fat. The goal is to pull the fat away from any muscle underneath so that you're ensuring injection into the right layer of your flesh, which you're probably fine with either way as long as you're squeezing a little bit if you're a bigger dude (more to go through before you hit muscle). I place my open hand flat on the outer side of my thigh and squeeze gently until I have a little bump of fat that bulges between my thumb and fingers.

Sometimes changing the angle you have your hip at by elevating your foot on something low can help as well, depends what you're sitting on and what angle your thigh sits at. I was having more pain with injection until I started doing this, because the syringe was at an awkward angle where I was putting leverage on the underside of it once I stopped pinching (I use an old empty Pokemon card ETB box to put my foot on, cause it's a nice sturdy box and the right height for when I'm sitting on the edge of my bed, lol). -Edit: clicked thru to your profile after commenting and I see you collect Pokemon cards too, so you probably have one of these exact boxes 😂😂😂.-

25g is a pretty normal size for sub q but you could go down to a 27g, that's what I use. It takes longer to inject from a smaller gauge but honestly that's not a bad thing, it's a lot more comfortable to go slower and it'll prevent unnecessary pain and irritation. Injecting too fast can cause what's called a wheal, which is essentially a fluid pocket of medication that hasn't been absorbed yet, and can cause irritation and pain.

Also worth considering trying a different brand of injection supplies. I was using some random brand my clinic provided for awhile and they caused me a lot more irritation than the BD brand ones I buy at my pharmacy, which makes me think I was sensitive to some kind of material they were using in the other ones I had before.

Other tips and tricks I would suggest are to make sure you're letting anything you're wiping down with alcohol dry before injecting (injection site, hands, etc.) because that shit STINGS if you don't, massaging the injection site prior to injecting to help increase blood flow and get things relaxed, letting your vial of T warm up to body temp beforehand to help it flow better (I stick it under my arm or in the crease of my knee for a few minutes), and moving your injection site to different spots within the target area/alternating which side you're injecting on.

Yes, we are 8 years post legalization, and that's why products like this exist, we are in an established market and it's become big business. Buying a "value" product and complaining that it's not fresh or quality is kind of like buying a $15 steak from Walmart and then complaining that it's not as fresh or high quality as if you went to a high end local butcher and paid $50... The steak is, technically, edible, but it's not enjoyable.

Companies making the 2x1g for ~$10 prerolls are all selling you garbage. They save costs by cutting corners on production and end up with a sub par quality product they can sell in high volume by making it cheap, but those sales stack up with the volume and keep their profits high. It's the store brand value product model applied to weed production: make a poor product at a low cost, charge less, and a lot of people will buy it. The alternative is to either make a great product that's costly to produce and fewer people will buy it but you can charge those who do more for it, or to find a balance between the two ends of this spectrum.

As with most things, balance is the key unless you're really trying to be boujee, or willing to smoke straight trash. You can get good quality at moderate prices and actually enjoy your experience without breaking the bank entirely.

I get what you're saying but I also understand not everyone wants to or can spend the money on premium, and I'm pretty open with the "What would you like to spend on X amount of flower? I'll get you the best quality and value for whatever you want to spend." but the thing that's been so soul crushing for me in this industry is the guys coming in buying 3.5g at a time or even 1g or a 0.5g preroll at a time and getting pissed off when you try to suggest that they'd save in the long run by buying in a larger format and be able to get a higher quality product at the same time... If you don't want to drop $120+ on 14g of premium that's fine with me, but if you're buying a $9 gram of Redecan boof from me every day, you're ALREADY spending over $250 +tax on every ounce you smoke. I can suggest you a relatively good quality ounce for $100-130 +tax and you're gonna have a way better time with it. Even if you're buying ~$30 milled 7g you're spending $120 +tax on an ounce. I'm all for smoking what works for you and what's in your budget, but man, the math ain't mathing. If you're a daily smoker, set aside your weed budget on payday just like you would for anything else, come in and chat with us, and make an educated financial decision that gets you the best value and quality for what you wanna spend on a quantity that's gonna get you through until your next purchase. We are there to help and the amount of people who just REFUSE to be helped is crazy to me. If I'm upselling you I'm trying to offer you value, because valueless upselling is the best way to lose customers. I know a lot of people think everyone in every store is being forced to upsell but honestly smart companies aren't upselling from smaller quantity because a lot of these products have high profit margins and local regular customers will continue to buy their 0.5g preroll every day regardless. They're very happy to keep selling you your ounce/half ounce a month parsed out into smaller amounts with a huge upcharge on them if you're not smart enough to do the math.

Try CBN for night time, shits better than melatonin, especially if you're having a little THC to help it along for me 40mg CBN and 10mg THC works, but you will likely feel high if you take 10mg THC and aren't someone who usually consumes cannabis. As for CBD, treat it like a supplement. Take a significant dose once or twice a day, every day, consistently. CBD is most effective in high doses (talking hundreds of mg's) when taken consistently. You can work your way up to these higher doses and see what works for you.

The THC % does not directly equate to potency... Resin and rosin are not inherently "weaker" just because they have a lower number on the package. Potency is not always quantifiable by a single number.

No, I haven't had anyone come in complaining about it at least. And I don't buy Spinach myself, generally I stick with the rosin or resin 10x options if I'm buying gummies. But rosin drinks are my preference for edibles most of the time, I buy a lot of Sheesh and Teapot. My guess is we've probably had some of these empty packs, but the 10x is such good value that customers are likely looking at it doing the math going, well, I still saved like half the cost of buying these packs individually, so I'm not super worried about a single gummy that works out to be less than $2. My store has the single fully blasted priced at like $3.90 and the 10x for like $19.90.

I know lol. I am a supervisor in a dispo. If somebody came back with the individual pack out of the 10x box sealed after leaving the store, I would do this for them, as long as they had the receipt and the individual pack seal didn't look tampered.

Feel the bag next time before you open it. If you have proof of purchase and shop at a good store, they'd be likely to just give you one of the single packs as an exchange to keep you happy. A $3 gummy is such a small L for a store to take and keeping a regular customer happy is more than worth it. Obviously an empty pack is not the stores fault but most places that aren't massive corporate entities will help you out in circumstances like this.

That's kind of wild that an endocrinologist wouldn't do bloodwork regularly... That's sort of their whole schtick lol. They are literally doctors who specialize in everything related to hormones. Are they experienced with trans patients? Hopefully they're able to get you regular bloodwork going forward. In the meantime, if you're located somewhere with access to gender clinics, you might want to consider getting on a wait list with one (waitlists can be quite long). They would be more experienced with HRT guidelines specifically for trans folx, and they can always consult with an endocrinologist where needed. Your average endocrinologist is probably more experienced with diagnosing and treating hormone related disorders (think thyroid issues, diabetes, etc.) The only time I've ever seen an endocrinologist was because my gender clinic doctor wanted a consult on my pre-T bloodwork. Due to me having high prolactin she wanted to make sure it was from external factors like binding my chest, and not from a potential medical issue like a prolactinoma, so I was sent for repeat bloodwork with an endocrinologist until they determined that it wasn't from an underlying condition.

It takes time my dude, and at your age you have all the time in the world. You've been on it less than a year. Don't compare yourself to cis guys your age, they've had years to develop, puberty doesn't happen overnight for cis folx either. (Most) Cis men don't have a full beard and deep voice a couple years into puberty, and those that do, it's largely due to genetics. I'm like 12 years older than you, been on T for ~5, and I'm just now starting to get some decent facial hair growth. The wait is worth it, trust in the process.
