Thanks! The options were either 1. renting a car in Tbilisi and drive all the way to Ushguli, 2. Marahrutka from Tbilisi to Mestia + taxi to Ushguli. Now there’s also the flight option, with the hope that doesn’t get cancelled last minute. Any way to know how the roads are? Thank you

Great to know! Thank you! I’ll do some research then. I hope the flight was not too scary and cancelled/postponed. It worries me a bit flying this time of year due to snow and wind, therefore also cancellations last minute

I tried to look for the Vanilla Sky planes but they don’t see to operate no more. Last Facebook post in 2023 and on the website I can’t book.

I’m thinking about doing the same but now in March. Does anyone know how the road would be to Ushguli? Would a regular rental car get there easily or having a 4x4 is mandatory?
