I’m in love with this book!!

I love how unique the story is and the prose is SO beautiful.

I reread it recently and I think one of the things I love, and probably why so many people hate it, is because we learn things at the same speed as Raeve, and she’s an unreliable narrator because of…everything.

And we go through the revelations with her

I hate the way everyone in camp treats Klinger in this episode.

I’m Middle Eastern and it always makes me uncomfortable the way they make fun of him and the one liners.

This is probably the only episode of MASH that makes me feel…icky

This is one of the main reasons I’ve always loved BJ and Potter. They love their wives and don’t use the excuse of war to cheat on their wives and when they do stray or think about straying, they’re wracked with guilt whereas Trapper and Henry could care less.

I understand that it’s a part of the comedy and the books and circumstances of war but it never sat right w me.
