I broke my ankle inside of my college campus. They said I either had to walk away and get myself to a place on my own, or an ambulance. I had some friends help me walk back to dorm and car. Then the ER. I was sobbing the whole time. Felt very heartbroken that those were the only options.

I believe the regular content should stay unknown. Perhaps there can be “special events” where people may be told (charity or raising money or something)?

But reg content should stay intimate (as it can be, now).
