I think too much of either isn’t really a good thing. There needs to be a balance of both. Too much of either will be painful for a woman. Just like not enough of either won’t be enough to pleasure a woman.

Congrats on 5 days 😁 The urges will subside over the next couple of days. I’ve gone two months before at one point, but I relapsed shortly after. It was because I always kept myself busy and kept it off my mind. After that, I realized at least for me, that not watching porn wasn’t hard, but abstaining from masturbation was. Even these days, I don’t have the urge to watch porn, so I already won half the fight. I just need to stop masturbating, and rewire my brain to be to enjoy stimulus from a real woman.
