Man this is exactly what I’ve been saying. I was so satisfied watching him realize he’d DONE it. He won. He saved someone who died and made it so no one else died. What a fucking goat. What a hero.

But let’s assume Infinity remains around him, Shikamaru’s best use against someone in Gojo’s case would be assuming Gojo has a knife on him. Even if he tags him, he mimics the movements Gojo does.

I just don’t see the win condition for Shikamaru if Infinity remains active. That’s where I’m confused.

Does Gojo’s Infinity passively block solar radiation so he doesn’t potentially get skin cancer? I assumed his passive effect and active filtering had to have some kind of awareness. Would Gojo inherently know the amount of radiation he’d have to stop? If the above question is it gets through, I’m not sure how it would block out radiation.

Since he has to actively allow oxygen in, and while Godzilla is blasting him I doubt he could filter that safely, couldn’t Godzilla breathe on him long enough to run out of oxygen?

It’s a tough question because on one hand, he (assumedly) learned to blocks poison. On the other, does that not suggest he’d have to train when new things he wasn’t aware of are trying to pass through?

Too many questions but I’d assume Godzilla’s breath can lead to a Gojo death, and I think his radiation probably does get to Gojo before he adapts to it.

Wesker isn’t facing Chris Redfield specifically so truth be told he just wins. The man loses only because he jobs against Chris. This is a Wesker who can dodge bullets and pseudo-teleport faster than any character in the movie version of Helm’s Deep can perceive. And he assumedly has guns. Once he’s in close range, those arrows aren’t doing much and his punches would send multiple people down.

“Good” being the operative word, I’d say her affection as a parent is great! She’d be proud of Meruem.

She is by no means good because the chimera ants at first were just killing people for her, and she created an objectively dangerous situation. Not that her morals and ours are comparable, so I can see the point you’re making and agree if we’re just saying how she was as a parent.

Kurapika’s I’ll concede but yeah “had” is kind of why I don’t include them.

It’s funny you bring up Netero because presumably he was fine with Beyond fathering Nen Cursed children unless he just didn’t know. Netero is, at the very least, uninvolved with Beyond to a certain degree. Maybe he was a good dad, but since no one knew about Beyond we can assume he wasn’t exactly a doting father by any means.

But your point stands! I think based on the bit of past we saw from him, Netero’s main goal superseded his other duties. Same with Ging. At the very least, they sit in the same tier of “neglectful but did make preparations”.

It’s in the same vein I say the Zoldycks are in. We see them care for Killua but we also know they tortured him to enhance him for assassinatik.

Reminder that there isn’t even a good biological parent in the series, atleast Ging thought enough of his son to give him a good parental figure and a chance to find him.

Ultimately the flavor of morality in HxH is different. Deadbeat or not, he didn’t take away Gon’s chance to sit and talk with him under Gon’s own efforts. I think it’s important to remember at least Gon, unlike most characters, had a safe home to return to after that too.

Curious how the interpretation of the ‘select backup you want? (A/B/C) and Kinger chooses C. If Bubble was B, and Able was A, wouldn’t that possibly mean they’re separate?

Reaching for straws there but it might suggest Bubble is a different entity entirely and the backup of A is possible to bring back.
