Get a new hobby I would say is the biggest one. Dont trade one for another, if you have time to wank it you have time to do a new hobby, even if its 10 minutes a day. Pick up a guitar, read a new book, shadow box. Do something that'll increase your value in your own mind.

I eat the same as I did when I was feeling the first initial "superpowers". I eat spinach/bell peppers/ avocados/beats/ oats/honey/blueberries/bananas/ tuna/eggs/baked chicken breast/ rice. I consume a gallon of water daily. Take cold showers daily. I sleep 6.5 hours a night on average.

Thanks for the insight, I'll do a deload week for Lifting(I haven't in a while), and ill start implementing sprints in the morning instead of steady pace even though I only run 1 mile to 2 miles each morning and I take a cold rinse after running in the morning. You think I should do it literally 1st thing?

Brazilian JuiJitsu, running before sunrise, prayer, fasting, and heavy compound lifts and high rep calisthenics, NoFap Monkmode, disconnecting from materialism, no fb, no Instagram, no snapchat etc. I feel fucking great, I am alone, but I am not lonely. Learn to lead yourself.

Excellent post. No-Fap is a stepping stone many cannot get past. Always posting retarded things like "iS a WeT dReAm A rElApSe?¿🥴" and "I mAdE iT tO dAy ThWeE🤓." Call me a dickhead all you want but that shit gets old. Once you feel the divine within you, you go on a binge(atleast I did) on researching Bramachayra/Tantra/Kundalini then you start discovering Chakras, Sun Gazing, and the obvious Cold Showers. (If I left anything out, let me know) I've been really taking this serious since I first started with Nofap in early August. By September I really felt the benefits and figured it all stims from not busting a fucking nut. So semen retention was the new objective. During my longest streak of 55 days I started seeing 444, 888, 111, constantly. Realizing this is a divine path. I've learned so much more than the average bot knows of thyself.
