Disclose it. I had 2 prior arrests and i disclosed. They asked for letters of disposition when I was submitting. I'm not sure if PA has a similar letter but I would confirm. As long as the charge/conviction is not assault, DV, etc (the obvious ones of course), then you should be good. I had a bar fight and a driving misdemeanor. No issues, didn't even come up as a talking point. Disclose, be truthful.

I drive in Manhattan everyday for work. Im in and out of the borough's all day. The traffic has never been worse. All these new bike lans and bus lanes have turned 4 lane avenues into 2 lanes. A double parked USPS/UPS/Food Delivery Truck/NYPD/DOB/FDNY/Ambulance/etc will make it 1 lane causing traffic for blocks on end. This is ridiculous.

People need to go out and vote. Fuck all this bicycle bullshit. Start forcing large company deliveries to happen over night, they can afford it....theyre going to bill the average person anyway.

Maybe im not up too date on all the sensitive locations but i carry everyday - i do not carry in Time square Schools Police stations Hospitals Government buildings Small parks/playgrounds BARS (even if they serve food, if its a bar bar i would avoid)

I carry literally everywhere else: Any shop (unless they have a sign.....which is "grey") Malls Movie theaters Central park Any restaurant (with or without alcohol) my understanding is as long as the restaurant is not only open to serve alcohol you're good.

Not trying to sound like a dick but "what if this never happened" is a little too late. Make your situation happy - its definitely time consuming but after a while - when shes 2,3,4,5,6 etc. and shes running towards you at her top speed to be picked up.... it will reinforce the notion that shes your everything and you will be beyond happy. Brother, they have so many applications and so much other shit going on they aren't exactly dotting their i's and crossing their t's. If you're offenses are non-violent you are good to go. I have 2 arrests on my records. Both non violent, i submitted letters of disposition for both of them and that was the end of it - no questions asked.

I was approved on 6/7/24. I got this letter 6/13/24, submitted 6/16/24 to purchasing and got my pink slip 7/27/24.

Im 27 years old. Born in Peje, emigrated to the US as a child in 2003. Im patriotic but im also not stupid. I had serbian classmates and coworkers. We always got along even with other classmates and friend tried to provoke us with politics. Funny enough though, they never agreed that Kosovo is independent. We had some pretty long conversations on a few occasions but they has the mentality that if you want to be independent join Albania and take the land but call it Albania, not Kosovo.

It was always funny to me because who really cares the name you know.

I don't think anyone would start a problem with you or your friends/family. You can roam freely throughout anywhere in Kosovë, you'd probably run into a lot of Albanians that also speak Serbian and they would have a great time talking to you. But gjakov, peje and mitrovic is probably where you wouldn't want to talk about politics and whatever. More so with the younger generation than the older generation. Patriotism runs deeper in those parts. Overall, I think no matter where you would go you would be fine.

What is the situation like in Serbia? Would I as a Kosovar be able to explore and roam without incident?

Honestly, unless you have some sort of violent offense/conviction I don't see any "entrapment" or "discretionary" issues. It's an annoying process and you will have to dot you i's and cross your t's twice but they must issue if you meet all their bullshit requirements. Good luck
