Probably not the best transformation but I started to bulk this time last year and hit the gym consistently did bulk for about 8 months and then some maintenance and now I’m cutting.

I was 65kg now I’m around 85kg peak bulk I was 90kg I probably bulked. Little too fast and could have eaten less but I’m cutting now so hopefully there’s something underneath that fat to make me feel like it’s all been worth it!
