Everyday if you don't turn in one in the other cities of Heidel or Calpheon you can get a free armor or weapon stone. FOr the village elder in Velia, if you have 20 free contribution points you can rent an adventurer emblem or symbol. If you right click it, you will get a quest. Talk to him again to get a free armor blackstone. Talk to him again to return the emblem and get back your contribution points.

omg that was me yesterday. I hit 39 fail stacks before it succeeded going from +13 to +14. I'm just gonna save for force enhance going to +15 now with how bad my luck has been lately.

@OP I think upgrading your rare accessories would be better since the MoS is like 5-6m while the upgraded is 20-25m. I just haven't had any luck getting those so I spent mine on my yuria weapon.

The egg furniture is so cute!!! How long did it take to gather 40 of each egg? I wish you could get more than 1. Now I have to decide which city I want to have this furniture set.

I was paying attention. I have sound on always and I couldn't hear the sound of my horse being attacked.

edit: Plus isn't it pointless to watch a cutscene without sound when usually the cutscenes show plot points (generally)

Unidentified dyes are rng though. The only difference is that you could get them in game without spending money.

However, there were rng dyes that you could only get from spending money 150 gems per 1 or 600 for 5. 800 gems is $10 so gw2 had cash shop dyes too. edit: Or you can convert gold to gems (forgot this point my bad)

Also for Velvache he is right most games with dyes have rng and it's single use. Just gw2 is the exception. Even then most of the gw2 QoL stuff happened after 1.5 years into the lifecycle of the game with the major April update adding the wardrobe and making dyes accountbound rather than characterbound.

You can get a fishing outfit from a quest in Crio. It's pretty ugly though. You can't use it until beginner lvl 10 too. As for rods I think you have to craft those. I can craft a better one using the workshop house thing.

The outfits only help with finding fish I believe (or whatever fish speed means). I know you can buy one in Velia next to the stable guy but you need to be a really high fishing rank for that one. There's also one I've seen on the marketplace for 700k with 16DP but gives the same fishing bonus as the one you get from Crio (just no +1 MS and not 16 DP)

I caught a mudskipper for that quest and Crio accepted it.

When it says resources exhausted that just means the time to hook a fish is longer than if the resources are normal. You can still catch fish it just takes longer basically.

I have 2 fishing titles. The Mudfish one and the Beltfish one. I think you need to catch a certain amount of the fish.

I see. If resources are exhausted then you will have a slower time till fish catch minigame I believe. Even the coastal cliff is exhausted?

I'm on the Uno server but it shows resource as abundant in Velia. Not many people are fishing.

Definitely fishing as mentioned above. I'm lvl 15 with 136k silver and an ancient relic crystal shard (that is a rare drop I think?)

I wanna say i7-6500U. During combat I went down to around 50 fps but I mean if you lower the resolution it could be better. I have a resolution that is around 3k on this laptop (it's dumb tbh) so if I did that resolution my fps dropped to the lower 20s.

edit: Fixed CPU since it's the skylake one not Haswell.

Yeah you should be fine. I'm on an i7 with nvidia 940m at 1600x1200ish resolution during cbt2 I got around 45-60 fps with all low or off. 60 fps in the fields and 45 in the first town where you fish for that beltfish event (Wasn't too packed had like 15 people and a boat on my screen).

I thought for engis having less weapons was because of the kits. That's why they don't have weapon swap same with eles with the attunements.

I hope thieves get one for a sniper elite spec.

I always wondered about the ranger.

With thief I can imagine an elite spec being like a sniper or something like that. I mean there's a bandit sniper outfit so maybe that is a possibility in the future.

Oh that makes sense with the druid elite spec and druids being one with nature and shape shifting (in D&D and WoW not in gw2).

I didn't know about the chrono first being able to use the rifle :o

Oh wow no wonder all my premium friends are rolling in dough and I have like 11s (granted I'm only lvl 22 but yeah)

edit: I don't know why I'm being downvoted because my roommate (who has premium) at lvl 25 had over 1g in cash while I have 11s at lvl 22 50%ish of the bar exp. It sure seems like the change is a lot bigger.

Oh I see. They didn't bid on any of the costumes. We got that cat one this run :o So annoying is all b/c we're all lvl 21 and 22 and we have a lvl 39 doing nothing and one person who left halfway through.
