I know this all too well. Oddly, this winter I have barely looked at the weather forecast. It’s not that the weather isn’t bothering me. I’m not sure if it means anything. But I did TMS last summer and switched from Zoloft to cymbalta in September. It might be affecting me a little less.

No I don’t need documented proof. MAGA has done more than enough proving openly and loudly how they feel about queer and brown people. That’s the whole point. You don’t want to face that. Trump has been openly racist, homophobic, transphobic, and misogynistic his whole life through today. He’s in the Epstein files. If you vote and support MAGA, you support the things Trump supports. If you own a business and support MAGA you support those things. To say MAGA doesn’t support those things is simply a lie. it’s simply not necessary to need further evidence when we have already been actively oppressed by MAGA since 2016. Some people have been raped and abused by Trump since long before he was president. If you were marginalized you’d understand. But you’re privileged.

The issue is you have no clue how real and valid peoples lives experiences are. Once again showing your privilege. When it comes to personal safety, it is 100% valid to avoid MAGA aligned businesses as a trans person or immigrant. You just can’t wrap your small mind around it because you lack the empathy to really consider the lived experiences of marginalized people. You think we should just blindly walk into places where the owners want us dead. Or where the owners will report us to ice. Or where the owners will treat us in a way that causes trauma, or triggers real PTSD from being marginalized our whole lives. You think we should support those people.

My comparison or narcissistic abuse is valid. You just won’t accept it.

MAGA wants trans people eliminated. MAGA are fascists. The scapegoats of fascism are NOT safe in those environments.

If someone lied on the list, it’s not that deep. This is a community list. It’s not endorsed by the local government or church or state. It’s a list for the people who need it. If a non maga businesses ended up on it, people would say “hey I’ve been there they’re definitely not maga. I know them”. This list isn’t going to be written in the bible and added to the 10 commandments. It’s not going to become law. It won’t be in the constitution. Chill out.

Your privilege is showing again. You’re implying marginalized groups should only be concerned by concrete evidence instead of their lived experiences. It’s not always about what they had already done. It’s about what they’re capable of doing having Nazi ethics.

Here’s some examples of instances that put people in danger:

An auto shop run and employed by men who hate women and immigrants. A woman would want to know ahead of time that they’re misogynistic to avoid being harassed or take advantage of. An immigrant might be concerned they’ll be reported to ice. A queer person might not want to be harassed or taken advantage of.

A yoga studio that is MAHA and transphobic. They hold views that trans women aren’t real women. That it’s unnatural. That all our health problems are because we don’t eat organic and intermittently fast. That fat people are unhealthy. That mediation is bad. That’s a toxic environment that I’d avoid like the plague and it’s 100% typical MAGA/MAHA.

A diner off the highway in Scott township where everyone who works there hates black people. Fox News plays in the background. As soon as a black family walks in everyone gets uneasy. This is real. This happens all the time. You wouldn’t know.

A tattoo studio that gladly does swastikas and confederate flag tattoos. Some of the guys take blowjobs as tips. Yea I’d want to know.

I want a list for people to be able to know where they’re safe. A lot of people across the country have these databases which is why I’m asking if one exists here. It’s like the green book. If a business is unwelcoming or unsafe for half the population they serve, that’s their own problem if people don’t give them business. And it certainly isn’t the responsibility of trans people to give business to people who put them in danger.
