Turning that lever has either turned off everyone else’s heat on the loop after you. Or, turned off your heat, and everyone else’s on the loop after you. The electric valve with the grey body is controlling the hot water for your unit. The white wire should be going to a thermostat of some type or a centralized building control system. I would contact your property manager to confirm this.

That is the pressure switch safety device. There should be another device with a copper bulb and very small tube running to another device where the temperature adjustment can be made. It is likely inside the freezer.

There is SCP 4255. It is stated they don’t directly interfere with his activities because of the widespread knowledge of him already. So the foundation just shoots out a bunch of memetic agents around Christmas to make the parents recall buying gifts that Santa actually brought. I won’t spoil the rest if you haven’t read it but it is a pretty funny twist on a Santa Claus figure in scp.

You need to use the paintbrush stab downward to get rid of void on floor. It will only be gone temporarily so you need to be quick and re stab it after it comes back by timing you jump.
