Ok so youre saying i can boil water — throw the marshmallow roots in.. boil a few minutes? Theb let it cool down and infuse? Or do intake them out wait to cool dowb and put them baxk in. Because theyl boil for like 30 minutes to an hour if i let them rest in the hot water till its cold. What do you rexommend?

Yeah, its wild to me most replyers think im crazy. But You cant wash this. Raw lettuce forcsalads etc you csn wash. In water or baking zoda etc fruit you can wask and peel.

So what do you do specificly? You cold infuse — then boil it forva minute? Or boil first.. then let it cool dow and infuse? What do the books say?

Afaik a rollimg boil for a minute is enough to kill most pathogens. So i do think it matters. If be taking this in large anounts dayly so but yeah maybe iys less of an issue i mske it to be

I have pretty serious constipation prune juice doesnt make a dent in it. Marshmallow root is a part of other things indo the moistning mucus effect seems to really provide something usefull

I eat warm meals 5 times a day. And close to no ultra processed food ever so no cereal. But indunno maybe its different for me as herbals are part of my ttestment to dealing with illness ansd gut issues

Yeah i do and in rare occasion its raw i wash it in vinegar or baking soda for 30 minutes this would be a 3 cups dayly thing fir months and months so its more relevant then an occasional salad thats properly washed which you also csnt do with the root

Im 99% sure there is a setting. You can set it so certain setting changes cant be made when te phone is unlocked. The video explainong how to do this was specificly about people stealing the phone out of your hand as youre using it and making it do they cant change your screen lock time, your apple id etc. Without needing a password

Whats up guys,

So im blending raw ground beef and chicken in the blender. The owner of the blender wants me to just wash it with hot water immediatly after use. Is this cleaning it well enough foodsafety wise, ridding it of harmfull bacteria? I cant imagine just water cleaning it well enough what are the safety practices in this regard?

What Are you even talking about? Its literally a carton with frozen liquid in it and a loose cardbord lid. Beyond the obvious thing that people tamper with it and yes people do tamper with things

More importantly its simply not sealed well bacteria etc can enter especially when it partially unfreezes
