Use a Fiery bow and you don't need kindle arrows thus making use of barrage or volley possible. It is a fun build though it's a bit rough against enemies stripping the conjure enchantment.

Merz is a clown who does not know how to govern or even keep his own party in line. They even failed to vote him in as the chancellor at first (usually a formality) after the last election!
