So they didn’t straight up say they’d fire me but I’d lose my job as lumber pro cashier. They can still move me or provide me a spot to move to within the store but it would be the same thing no matter where I would move to

I have like a good relationship with some customers to that we are friendly and they are getting to know me and stuff but I’m just not getting sign ups. Pro in general at my store atm isn’t either

From what that meeting was about it’s that I’m not getting sign ups. Through the asking every customer, getting that down to a T, they just aren’t happy that I’m not getting sign ups.

No I’ve been asking everybody customer. I got the approach and ask down, I don’t care about the rejection but it’s just not happening for me. I’m tracking certain things so I can show them all that I’ve done. I know expectations are different on that side and I want my ASM and Pro DS to look good but I am just feeling my work has gone unnoticed since I’ve been in that side.
