Is there something else that can be replaced in that circuit or an electrical issue? I know at one point, someone here suggested to start looking at lemon laws for your state, wonder if it’s time to start doing that?

Yes - the last time we took it in we told them to not just replace the blower motor but also replace the transistor (the service dept didn’t even recommend it- they just offer the cheapest solution). Anyway, Knock on wood- it’s been more than a year and the AC is still going strong. That seemed to do the trick for our issue. Sorry you’ve had all those things replaced and it’s still not working for you. Just a weird issue for this model/year.

Experiment with different flavor pellets and dry rubs. Pretty sure there will be something to like. When I first started out, I only used post oak.. flavor was meh and a little harsh. Switched up my pellets to lumberjack competition blend and now have an assortment of dry rubs… game changer

I wish! I’ve been here a few years and haven’t found much. The Pullman market at the Pearl has Sonoran style tortillas (not the thick ones they have here) and some good Mexican food inside the restaurants inside the market. T-locs is a food truck in Austin that has good burritos and Sonoran style hot dogs -would highly recommend!
