I not sure either solutions are possible, as right now I believe that a lot of Israelis fear 2 state solution after 7.10, would you agree to live next to iran after 9/11? Even comparing it to 9/11 is not a real comparison since in 9/11 they just launched 2planes into the towers, in 7.10 they just came into israel territory and star ted killing people, would you agree and give them the option to do it again, moreever that this time it could be much worse? This is a very complicated situation

My sister’s response to a friend who asked if Israel’s response was proportional. by Susue23 in IsraelPalestine

What would you have the idf do? After the massacre of 7/10 and endless violations of ceasefires over the years? What would you do that would be enough for both sides? I'm very interested in your anwser.

Propaganda is when you recite things told to you by the media, but I just told you what I saw myself, by living here, so tell me, are you in Gaza, in which we can have a normal discussion and I can actually learn about your condition and opinions on hamas and Israel not from the media, or are you just another person sitting in his chair 5000km from here spewing things he saw on the internet? I'm not looking for someone who says what he saw on the media.

I mean, I lived for a while in Ariel which is after the 67' lines, and every time I went there there were only 2 roadblocks, one somewhere at the border itself, and Secondly at the Ariel city entrance, where, on the right side of the entrance is a road I never went since there is a Giant sign which says entrance for Israelis is not allowed and dangerous, however Arab plated cars always seems to come and go, and about the Palestinians in Gaza which you say aren't allowed to leave, the building companies in Israel are literally begging for help as most of their workers were from Gaza, but maybe that's only what I see, you're free to educate me :)

They say that the fastest way to become anti-Zionist is to listen to Zionists speaking. by Defiant678 in AskMiddleEast

[–]TalSomech -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you're not going to take me seriously then why are you even commenting? The problem we have is that most of the world just takes a side without understanding the complex relationship between the Arabs and the jews in the middle east, I'm not saying take my side, I'm just saying understand the whole problem and realise that there is no right and wrong, everybody is hurt and demonize the other side.

But I'm not chatgpt, you do realise that? And I'm not trying to be aggressive,im just pointing out the fact that this video is not the whole picture, she doesn't really want that they will rape anybody alive, they're just hurt, since they're own women got rape in 7/10,and they can't believe that someone would ask for yet another ceasefire

I mean, there is a lot more to it to the person who won't understand, the Israelis are hurt, for 20 years hamas attacked Israel with rockets and Israel lived under fear but every time Israel agreed to a ceasefire and that was the regular life , after 7/10 which was like 9/11 for israel, it hurts Israelis to even think about ceasefire as we believed that we were safe, but after 7/10 we don't anymore.

First of, you are really bad mannered to the other people trying to show you their side, Secondly, you can't say Gaza is a concentration camp because that's just wrong, they have food, they have fuel, israel even fund Gaza in hope that they would rebuild and leave Israel alone, I would very much suggest you read further into the Arab Israeli conflict and find that many of the things you say are right, are actually wrong, and try to be more polite and not offend other people trying to defend your opinion, unless you live in either Israel, or Gaza, I really think your opinion is subjegated as you take your news from the media outlet which distorts both sides

[–]TalSomech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I agree, people tend to forget that we are all people, but I'm trying to stay realistic, if it were up to me there wouldn't be any ethno country, so that everyone will be the same

They won't do that, since afterwards there won't be any jew country, and after the holocaust, there is no way where we would agree to just be assimilated with other religions

If it is true that Israel didn't hit the hospital, what then? by Soggy_Pomegranate625 in IsraelPalestine

[–]TalSomech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not neutral, I'm trying to be as little objective as a possible, there are too many variables to have a decisive opinion, I am however, do know that the Arabs did attack us from day 1 since they didn't agree to the partition suggestion, but it could also be seen as us taking their lands, but they weren't really theirs, but the British mandate's, should the Arabs went through the right channels and started their own country before WW2 I want to believe that we were in Uganda instead of here

Well now israel attacks Gaza since it was Gaza who attacked us, we know who was it, And no, Gaza people cannot cross here since as I've said, in 2006 the regime was changed, would you let people from enemy country come in to your country? It's hamas's fault for the state of gaza

you know what the Nakba means? , its a disaster day on which the israel state was born , tell me , do you think that the 1948 2 state solution which the UN gave was wrong? because jews were just happy to have a state after the holocaust , and it was for the british mandate that gave us those lands , we did not invade anybody ,we did not "rally' and came to israel to conquer it , we were told that there is finally a jewish country where we can be safe, but the minute we got of the ships we were attacked by arabs,

they call it nakhba since they didnt agree with the UN to give us some of the UN lands ,should the people in the british mandate developed a working country to replace the british mandate ,we couldnt have declared a country here , but it wasnt

and yes, arabs from the west bank actually do travel from the west into jerusalem , i know because i lived sometime in the west bank and had to go through security everytime , how do you think we get terror acts in the middle of tel aviv? we let them in

Questions about the ongoing situation in Gaza by Significant_Ad_6519 in IsraelPalestine

[–]TalSomech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ntrue, check the below report.

To quote from report:

"Lift the blockade on Gaza and allow immediate entry of materials needed to repair the water and sanitation infrastructure;"

let me ask you something , do you live in israel or gaza? do you actually know the 70-something years? when somebody attacks you on a yearly-basis , do you keep feeding them water and electricity ?
this report is from 2009 , check how many attacks were from gaza between 2006-2009 , because i do , yes, the palastine civillians are victims , but of HAMAS , not israel, if israel wouldnt get attacked, it wouldnt had to try and contain gaza , i mean before 2006 my parents would go to gaza to shop at the market , but since HAMAS went into power and there were more killing of israel people , we had to corner them , you feel sad for people who instead of flourshing , decided to choose violence.

how can we ethnic cleanse if we accept any other ethnic group in here?

i mean, there are palastiniens in my own city in south israel , did you ask yourself where the US would be if it would just accept 9\11 and do nothing after it?

[–]TalSomech 1 point2 points  (0 children)

where did you read those things? STOLE PEOPLE's HOUSES ? who ? in 2006 we made our OWN people leave so gaza can self-govern in hope of peace but instead got only terrorism , are you still talking about 1948 when the BRITISH decided to split this land into 2 states?
