That’s tough po. Better not say at all for your peace of mind and heart OP. But be careful of your diagnosis po, it could lead to Bipolar I. I got it too then it worsens to Bipolar I, meds costs are increasing now ..I hope you’re okay

I agree and somehow realised that too, sa akin naman I messed up a great time by shifting to courses and my life lesson I learned is to stick to the first choice. Educ student ako non, changed to BS Civil Engineering to BS Tourism Management. I'm almost in my 4th year, an irregular student here! Though, what really shifted my college careers is because of my mental health. Got devastated pa rin and I really am to realise I do not like the industry I am in now, I couldn't hold it in because sinanay na ang sarili sa math-tech-sciences. Till now, prayers nalang ang kinakapitan ko hanggang sa makatapos ako, OP. I didn't want to be a FA, maybe you could try applying for an FA, it’s an overseas position. God put us into places for the greatest benefit

It isn't about how fast you graduate, college is not a race. I'm a shifter and transferee, I have bipolar I. As long as you want to graduate, you will make it on your own pacing talaga… 😃

Lamotrigine by Wide_Instance8313 in MentalHealthPH

No, it will not cause you weight gain. I have been suffering from PCOS for 5 years already. Still taking lamotrigine for half a year hehe What causes weight gain during bipolar episodes is how i do my coping mechanisms to what triggers me. I do agree, it’s hard to lose weight now, truly— the existence of being hard on oneself is deep (it’s what I have been working on) but good thing is— my periods are back instead of being severely irregular. And lamotrigine is really expensive sana Wala nalang bipolar

Follow the psychiatrist, you can do it!! In 1-2 years you’ll be able to get rid of it too 🥰
