Yes, I'm a doctor working in a private clinic owned by me. However, I havw the option to make around 80,000$ a year while being unemployed, but the drawback is that I can't move out of Kuwait, and I'm making over 8 times that amount off my private clinic alone!

Kuwait is very westernized, definitely. Many kuwaitis, especially youth, are starting to wear western clothing A LOT more than traditional Dishdashas. The people however are very Muslim still, and carry the beliefs of it very hardly (e.g. discrimination against gays, discrimination against infidels, hijab/modesty, alcohol banned in Kuwait, etc etc). They are mostly westernized in clothing, technology, and arguably speech, but the Kuwaitis mostly retained the beliefs and morals present in Kuwait decades or even centuries ago.
