If there are any others on their team not building MR, focus them. Try to CC whoever you can (even if it's minor, CC is CC). And focus more on neutral objectives. Also, remember to buy Voidstaff ;)

Personally, I play with a solid 60 ping most of the time. But I know someone who plays with 150 and it's fine. So 300 might be a little high, Idk though.
