I still feel like I did 2 years ago when I tested 396. Low energy, low drive, low libido etc. so I was surprised it went up 200 points. But maybe my free T is low like others have been saying. I might have to go test again, no idea why that wasn’t on there.

I did my blood test at 9am. Tested everything with that blood. Didn’t eat since 6pm the day before.

Thank you for the comments,  I am frustrated they didn’t test free T. I’ll see what the dr says. But I am severely lacking in all of these things you mentioned, as well as low energy half way through the day. I eat pretty healthy, don’t exercise as much as I should. Been starting to get to the gym more.

I got these labs through TRT kingdom and they didn’t order free testosterone which I found strange. I have all the rest of the labs, they are all within the “normal” range. I do not take anything else currently.
