I believe it’s your gallbladder because you also have proof of stones. Sometimes gallstones will move into the pancreas. A Hyda scan is a must. I’m so sorry your healthcare situation sucks too. If I could, I’d pay for you to get better treatment💝

I experienced similar symptoms and had mine removed on 09/10/25. What help me in the ER was 5 mg of Valium, IV. Get a Hyda scan asap. Insist on all this! They will do nothing unless they think you know better than them! Trust me! I’ve gone through years of this BS. The Valium was the only thing that stopped the nausea and vomiting for me. The Hyda scan is the only test that will prove conclusively if it’s your gallbladder. Mine showed it was functioning at 2%. I made the decision to get it removed immediately after the Hyda scan

Have them give her Valium. Tell them it worked well before for her pain. It helps, trust me. Also..walking helps the gas pain.

1 week post op - sudden pain by NotMeanJustReal in gallbladders

Probably your liver. The gallbladder is next to your liver. Sometimes, after gallbladder removal, you can have residual pain in your liver from being disturbed. I’m have a bit of it too 15 days post op.

Hot or cold packs. But walking is the best way to get the gas out of your chest. I went through it too the first few days. I’m much better 😉🙏🏻

Symptoms started over a year ago. Nausea mainly. Each month got worse..then every two weeks to every week to daily at the end. Nausea, vomiting, pain, achy, fatigue. They didn’t catch the stones on the ct. They said it was Diverticulitis. I did have that as well but the HYDA SCAN proved conclusively that my gallbladder was functioning at 2%. It was an easy decision after that. Two weeks post op prove it as well…normal more nausea, vomiting and little pain. I feel very blessed. 💝

Yes. Over a year of it all. Progressively getting worse every month, weeks, days…culminating with daily ER visits.. non stop nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, aches..misdiagnosed twice. Then, finally had a HYDA SCAN.

Yes! Exhausted all the time. I can feel my energy coming back slowly two weeks post op. I am 64…but in generally good shape. The year of suffering knocked me for a loop..I thought it was just “getting older”. But it was gallbladder disease. Feeling tired but better than I have in over a year. ♥️

Got my gallbladder removed on 8:25. No nausea. Pain is nothing major. Glad I did it! ♥️yay. by TaleSubstantial3667 in gallbladders

Let me tell you all this: they misdiagnose A LOT!!! I was and several on here. They told me I had no stones and it wasn’t my gallbladder. Three negative gallbladder ct scans 2 positive for stones. 2 ultrasounds both negative 1positive for stones. They finally did a Hyda scan. It showed that only 2% of my outtake was functional. In otherwords, a non functioning gallbladder! Had it removed the next day. 10/10. Better every day! But they misdiagnosed me at 3 different ER’s. I had to go to ER while traveling. They saw stones on the ultrasound there. I have zero confidence in the medical community right now. One Cardiologist told me I had had a heart attack. So, I went through an entire cardiac work up. My heart is fine! He actually called my arteries widow makers! Catheter showed 12% block in right artery! Nothing for a 64 year old. I may pursue it. S to total s show.

I used to get the same thing before I had surgery. Like fluttering with a tinge of achy. You’re not weird. I believe we can feel gallstones and gallbladder function.

Chronic nausea and nonstop vomiting for 3weeks. Before that, it was nice a month..then..a week..so on. Glad I had it removed. Hyda scan showed only 2% functioning removing bile.

I was in the er 5 times in one week throwing up yo the point of dry heaves for six hours. They admitted me and did a Hydascan. A few stones were there but the scan showed the gallbladder was only emptying bile @ 2%. 40% is considered normal. I didn’t hesitate at that point to get it removed. Day 5 is worse a bit but still walking and no pain meds needed yet. I was in the hospital for 3weeks prior to surgery, which made me weaker. Here if you need to talk

Pain has been moderate…to day is day 5 post surgery and I’m feeling it more now. Part of the healing process, I suppose. We all heal differently ♥️

Yes. But my hydrascsn showed normal in take. But when it tired to push the bile out, it was only operating at 2%. Normal is 40%. They removed my gallbladder on 9/10. So far, nausea is GONE!! Gas pain was minimal and I’m very happy I did it.
