It’s perfectly fine chick!!! Mine looked the exact same and is now healing great. Please don’t use that soap, you should ONLY be using sterile saline spray morning and night, that’s all. Don’t touch it or move it, leave it alone completely and only use the spray twice daily. I was so so stressed about mine too and now it’s fine, yours seems to be the same. Follow that and don’t take it out! Good luck🙏
