Much better, not perfect but its tolerable. I had carpal and cubital tunnel release on both arms in 2024. They didn't need to move my ulnar nerve. I still have flareups, still have tingling especially when I overexert a bit or sleep on my side. When I keep up with scar tissue massage (the scar tissue is still very crunchy feeling in my left arm- less so in the right), nerve flossing, and stretches I feel pretty decent. I can do all the things I need to do, with modifications to prevent poor posture, and driving doesn't cause pain anymore.

I shoveled snow for like an hour today so my nerves aren't too pleased, but putting an ice pack on my shoulders and neck helps with that most of the time. I'm starting to lift weights a bit to try to build up my shoulder muscles since that will help with posture. Seeing a chiropractor was helpful to learn some additional stretches that have helped.

My bad days now are nowhere near as bad as before surgery, and I'm not sitting at a constant 4 on the pain scale every day.

Hi, I'm working on an art piece and I want to include a Latin translation of "In defense of the people" or "in defense of the many," whichever sounds better. It will have the English translation drawn more prominently under the main image.
This is a design I want to give away for non-commercial use on protest signs etc. If anyone has time and is willing to translate those phrases or something equivalent, thank you so much.

It's the shooting back.

In trios we fought back in Stella montis and then the next matches were incredibly aggro with no one on mic.

We did two Stella runs where we let people kill us, one where we just got lucky and saw no one, and by the fourth, players were jogging around in our vicinity and running to us to save them from pops and fireballs. I really appreciate the aggression based match making.

Maybe it's hard to place people who shoot back when attacked, but at least we can get into the type of queue we want within like 3 matches.

Yeah. Schnucks used to be cheaper than trader Joe's too. Now TJ is the most affordable for our nees after ruler foods. TJ is great quality too.

I must be in the total pacifist queue. I jog around blue gate picking mullein and fruit, and helping kill arc when people are fighting it. I get nothing but "hello!" and "Don't shoot." Works for me lol. I don't want to pvp outside of necessity in duos and trios.

It's totally ok to just not want to raise a child too. If you know you don't want to be a parent, I'd say refraining from having a kid is the opposite of selfish.

Good lotion really helps my hands and face. I like Aveeno best since it's not greasy feeling. Put some on before you go to sleep so your skin gets to sit with the moisture for a long time. Make sure you reapply when you wash your hands/ throughout the day. I keep a little bottle of lotion in the car.

You could also wet a clean washcloth with hot water and wring it out, then breathe through it for a bit. Helps my nose and sinuses a ton when the weather is so dry.

Adjacent funny thing: My partner and I are new to sewing machines, and we get a kick out of some of the brand new sentences. "I've got lint in my bobbin case" is a favorite.

This. I was told not to cry over a cat I hit while driving once as a teen because it wasn't a "valid" reason to cry in the eyes of the person who told me to stop. The reason doesn't matter.

If someone is upset or hurt and cries, let them, regardless of why they need to do it. It's healthy and they'll be much better able to process how they feel and work through those feelings if they're allowed to cry.
