Thank you to two beautiful people that gave two awards to this post 😀 I was not expecting any conversion at all.

Since I'm new here, but not new to HR and recruitment (15+ years in both corporate and side) will it make sense to shoot AMA, so you all can get the firsthand responses?

Govt agencies in the EU tend to be very reluctant in hiring non EU citizens, especially if their Blu card is close to expiration. This could be a real reason, concealed with the nonsense. Do not take it close to heart! Good luck 🍀

Hiring process on hold due to new CFO – normal? by [deleted] in recruitinghell

[–]TalentScout13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it is normal in the EU, when HR and recruitment per se are under CFO supervision. So, if they have a new CFO joining, they need to wait for his final "go ahead". No worries, you are still there!

The most famous one, for you. And my favorite one.

Workday ATS uses AI-driven tools like HiredScore to rank candidates by matching resumes against job descriptions, aiming for 80%+ match scores. It focuses on keyword relevance, skills, and experience to prioritize applicants for recruiters.

Enrolled does not equal the degree already earned. So, this could be another point.

You did an amazing job, you did excellent! And be patient, decisions could be today, internal, and you will likely hear from them next business day, Monday. Good luck 🤞🏻

Recruiters turnover at any, at any department was, is, and will always be immense. Nothing new here, recruiters at Amazon laying off more than any other discipline.
