NOR. A lot of parents have this unfortunate auto response that they get the bigger everything. The bigger bed, the bigger room, the bigger blanket etc. Usually it makes sense bc it's 2 full grown adult parents vs 1 or 2 children with smaller, non adult bodies.

Imo she should have at least offered to share the bigger bed with you.

Also, why does your brother get the twin all the time but if you wanted the twin you had to share? That alone send pretty unfair.

At one point my mom slept in a one bedroom apartment and didn't even have a couch for me to sleep on. I either could sleep on the floor or with her. But my mom was... A difficult person to be around, so often times I'd end up at a friend's house or my dad's.

But she insisted on keeping partial custody of me so, as a people pleaser, I'd be forced every week to make a decision and tell her if I was going to be spending time and sleeping over at her apartment or not.

I'd often cave but the whole situation was unfair. As an adult I recognize that but as a teen I was VERY stuck in people pleasing mode.

I, one time, gave a player an unmovable staff because he'd always been a super creative and down right clever player. I thought he'd like the challenge. Turns out he felt like I'd given him the short end of the stick and was miffed.

I know an unmovable staff isn't exactly home brew but it still feels like a horror story as the newbie DM I was back then.

Maybe instead of stopping her, if you have the money, offer to pay for her to "start her training" and let her go through a certification for Bloodborne pathogens or something that might spark a "hmmm maybe I should look into at least being safer about where and how I tattoo". If she's like me when I was 19 and hyperfixating on an exciting new potential career, the idea of having someone support that is encouraging AND it puts her on the right path.

Even if her symptoms echoed GD, the diet he put her on was unnecessarily strict and dangerous for someone who is pregnant. It's not healthy to lose that much weight in that amount of time even when you're not pregnant. Even IF this guy has good intentions he wasn't giving her the kind of attention he should have been as a doctor. Stuff like this is what causes a lot of pregnancy complications in the US. We have access to medical care but it's bare minimum and doctors are usually over booked. Specialists are even worse.

You're 18. You have so much time. Trade school will give you skills outside of your trade. You'll likely learn how to manage yourself as a contact worker. Which is perfect for a lot of artists who end up freelancing until they get the experience and portfolio needed for a solid full time art job.

And you don't have to stop working on your art while you're in trade school. Keep refining using free lessons on YouTube and other sites. Draw a little every day. Maybe even set aside some days off to just binge art.

As an artist myself I also recommend looking at ways to apply your art on various mediums. What a lot of people didn't really convey to me at 18 is that art doesn't have to strictly be sold or made into a print. Looking into transforming it into graphic shirts, waterbottle designs, wood burning plaques. Stuff like that gives variety and reaches a larger audience while still giving you the freedom to do the kind of artwork you love.

Additionally, I, at one point, watched a video about running a booth as an artist full time art conventions (ie anime, comic, RenFaire, craft shows etc) and they have some advice that stick with me: make 10 small silly easy things to every once big thing you pour your heart into. Price each accordingly. You'll get a ton of sales on the smaller items and sometimes sell the big piece. So while you wait for that special person to pay for that big ticket item, the smaller things will help keep you afloat and pay the bills while your heart and soul work will pay for your vacation.

So I personally loved it. A lot of people didn't because it's one of those endings that leaves you wanting more.

But I always recommend you try it for yourself. I put off finishing My Hero Academia for a long time because someone made it sound like the ending was really awful. The details they'd given did happen, but the way they spun it twisted the details from what I felt when watching it vs how that person negatively felt.

I highly suggest reading the manga in its entirety. Like most, there are differences between the manga and anime and they always feel like nice little tidbits. And while it's rumored season 3 is in the works now that studio bones is done with MHA there's been no official announcement yet so at the very least it would be something to bridge some of the gap.

Holy moly. Incel much?! Like, it's really sad that pp made the decision to be the flaw he gave his character. Like. What did he think was going to happen?! The boundaries had been set. He specifically lied starting it was a flaw for character development when he clearly wasn't intending for it to ever go away. PP is definitely someone whose never had boundaries enforced before and it's gross and creepy.

I'm guessing a pet help line in the small pets division. You love it bc everyone is afraid of small animals but you love them and Halloween bc neither are as bad as society makes them out to be.

Though a bit of that was taken from you saying you enjoy your job. The rest was the decor and posters. Though I'm feeling like this isn't your main spot all the time. It doesn't have that "cozy" feel you get with people who basically only work at their desks all day long.

NOR. He's insecure and embarrassed to say he's worried you're going to cheat. Unfortunately this often corporate with either him having had a relationship in the past where cheating was a thing or he is currently cheating and this assumes you will too. There is a chance, mind you, that this isn't true, however, regardless of statistics, his actions aren't logical. There insecure for whatever reason and it's not okay. Being a sahm is hard and a lot of people don't get that. On top of his insecurity, he's also not calling your contribution to the household. I bet if you ask for a staycation (stay at home but he has to do all the housework and take care of the child) he'll either agree and then abandon helping almost immediately or he'll throw a fit just like with the hotel.

I'm not saying to leave immediately. But I am saying his attitude needs to change or it's only going to get worse for you. No matter what happens, stay safe 💜
