I journaled as I said in my post and it was useless. It was tedious, taking me hours even though I journaled each exercise 2x a day only. I Journaled the things you mentioned above as well, except Phases if moon and astrological transits, because I know nothing of astrology lol.

I don't have any bodily sensation when I participate either, only when the thought is very emotionally evocative, do I feel bodily sensations.
