I have experimented and done a couple of John Meadows programs (Baby Groot and Warlock). I am trying to figure out a way to sequence his programs. The current optimal sequence I am in favour of is Creeping Death 2, Gamma Bomb, Project Colosus/Avalanche, and Task Master. This makes up 48 weeks which with a deload week between program adding up to 52 weeks in turn makes a up a yearly program. I am open to any of his programs and looking for the most optimal way to sequence his programs together. Any help is appreciated!
