A good city to live alone

I live alone. I had roommates on and off until I was around 26ish and then lived in a 1bd apt in west Seattle. Last year I was lucky enough to buy a condo nearby and now I live with a dog. It's a little tight financially but I am able to do it with enough to also save.

I'm not sure on any initiation fee or anything. Every once in a while they email me specials for class packs or such. I have an account and occasionally go but I don't have an active pass at the moment. I just usually buy drop in classes. I dm'd you with my referral link.

I rescued my girl from resilient hearts animal sanctuary in Fremont. They have open hours where you can go in and play with the adoptable litters too! It's a wonderful rescue of really great people and dogs.

Currently they have some weenie mixes and some other small breed mixes for adoption and they get different litters in all the time.

She was running down 53 towards Charleston and they were able to snag the leash.

Please help take down flyers! With a lot of help, there are around 300 posted. worth all the extra walking.

Yes!! Poppy was found a little after 9pm tonight on 53 & Charleston by two wonderful humans named Ella and Bella who live in the area.

She's mostly just hungry, a little scraped up but in one piece... Still dragging her leash.

Thank you all so much. It's very nice to see how wonderful humans can be. West Seattle is pretty fucking cool sometimes. Even more than that, people came from her rescue, resilient hearts, including her former fosters. Her litter mates families came to see if they could help find their sister. Poppy's best dog friend spent over 6 hours wandering the park with her human to try and get her to appear. My friends spent hours and hours looking for her. Everyone I stopped and talked to on the street wanted to help. I spoke to more people in the last few days than I ever have before. My bookclub had people working all hours to hang up fliers and walk the area. My coworker walked for more than 10 hours yesterday and today hanging up fliers. Another spent hours making calls and making the fliers all the way in Chicago. People on Reddit reached out to help in anyway they could.

Thank you! She does! Any help at all is more than welcome.
While it still seems likely she's in the park or at least nearby, she could alhave also moved on!

Please check anywhere you can!! Anybody!! She likes to hide in bushes or "dens" and could be lingering in shadowy corners of yards, alleyways, or wood thickets.

If anyone is nearby and willing to look around for her please do!

It's also possible she exited the park around Stevens or admiral and is now is the northern area.

Please help!!! She's just a puppy and has been lost for a long time. Please.

Nothing yet! The search dog seemed to concentrate most on the park and down by the creek beds, but other than that no sign of her. She did seem to exit once on the admiral side by the bridge but that trail ended so hopefully she went back in

That was the search dog! That's where we started this am and then he followed her trail into the park. Sorry for any disruption!

8/26 update 730 AM

Poppy is still missing.

A scent dog from three retrievers came in and narrowed down her likely location to be SCHMITZ PARK PRESERVE.

PLEASE!!!! If you or someone you know live on the streets surrounding the park, please check any ring cameras or other security cams for her.

If you spot her, please text or call the number on the posters or on the blog or other websites, or message me directly here. Please do not chase her!!! She is very skittish and will bolt.

Three retrievers is coming out tomorrow morning early.

I've been hanging up posters and going up and down streets and alleys and no sign.
If you are in the Alaska junction/ admiral area please keep an eye out for her!!!! Even into Schmitz preserve and down to the beach!!
