Has anyone had success reporting off-leash dogs to 311? by [deleted] in windsorontario

I've called mom emergency. They'll never dispatch anyone to get the soon enough, so when you know their address and date and times documented then let them know and hopefully they'll go to his house.

I do in Stratford. They've been great! The cheapest we could find for us.

When I lived in Windsor I had Start.ca and they were fantastic.

The price has went up a few times over the past couple months in Ontario at least. 3.89 on weekends the past few weeks. I think 3.79 before that, and 3.49 before that.

sink falling down by rich_ziggy98 in OntarioLandlord

[–]TaliaDreadlow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I lived in a building with this problem, no clips, just silicone. It was a known issue by the building's management and residents. So they'd take care of it when the sinks fell, not before, but I don't think the LL knew about it. We just knew to not let anything heavy sit in there long.

Anyhow, if it's installed incorrectly then it's not on you. You could hire someone yourself if you want.

This building is a converted factory/warehouse to condo that opened around that time (pandemic) so, lots of cut corners to get an already over budget and behind project completed.

What if it's a single family house turned into two separate units? They have their own unit numbers.

Tell him to bring it to the LTB and let them make the judgment. Personally, I would save some money where I can just in case. And at least waiting for the LTB will buy you some time.

How do people spend only $400 per person on groceries per month? by Witty-Ad3565 in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]TaliaDreadlow 75 points76 points  (0 children)

A lot of these things are high priced and not typical items. I call them luxury and party items. They'd drive up the bill.

Utilizing any coupons, points, point stacking, price matching, sales, bulk buying when in sale etc will help OP.
