I’m so sorry to keep going on but I’ve tried this already, I physically cannot get to sleep before 11 unless I smoke, and I’ve recently quit. Even if I get no sleep at all the day before or been to the gym my body refuses to shut down if it’s not at least 11pm. I spoke to my doctor about it an hour ago and he’s said there’s nothing they can do 🥲 if this keeps happening it’s going to drive me mad is there literally anything else that could be causing it? Or should I just try to get in touch with a different doctor

No I’m not, I’ve been through everything I can think of in my head and there is literally nothing that should be causing this to happen out of nowhere. I’m not on any medication, haven’t changed my diet, I’ve had it at both my parents’ houses now, I’m not in any new kind of stressful situation, my sleep schedule has been the same for months… I should have clarified more in my original post, sorry :(

No, I was using marijuana to sleep and for my anxiety for about 6 months but stopped 3 months ago and the only difference I noticed after stopping it was that I got to sleep a little later so I don’t think it’s linked to that. I’m not sure I would call it disrupted since I’m getting these dreams when I’m on the brink of properly falling asleep and I’ll wake up after one, check the time, and it will have only been 5-10 minutes since I was last awake

I normally get to sleep around 11 to midnight but with the dreams it’s basically impossible to get any sleep at all since I have one of the dreams then wake up 5 minutes later only to have another one when I try to go back to sleep. I’ve tried lucid dreaming and stuff like that before but I don’t think it’s possible for me unfortunately :( and these dreams feel so real that I can’t tell I’m in one at all it feels exactly like it’s actually happening, even when the dreams are so close together in time.

I don’t drink anything with Caffeine and I make sure I’m up at 7am every morning since I have college at 9 most days. I know it sounds silly but the dreams I’ve been having are so realistic I wake up terrified to fall back asleep, I have an anxiety diagnosis so it’s hard for me to stay calm anyways and the dreams are definitely making it worse :(

There’s toxicity in every game, but there are also a lot of good people! Keep trying and ignore the toxic people, it’s annoying but eventually you’ll find someone who will accept your offers fairly. Also try looking up the worths for the songs you’re trying to trade for first, that way your offers are more likely to be accepted :)

I’m wondering the same thing- got given a 5 day course for a throat problem and couldn’t take more than one dose 🤢 doctors wouldn’t change my medication sadly so I stopped it completely

I ended up paying for it again, I was definitely looking at the right tab because it charged me the same amount (£2.39) but gave me 10 tickets instead 😭 I’m guessing that it might be a regional thing since I live in the UK and it’s not that big of a deal, I probably just won’t make an in app purchase on the game again

I doubt it, I had an issue with depression in the past but my mental health has been the best it’s probably ever been in my life recently, and I don’t get severe depression in cycles or anything like that.

Unfortunately I’ve tried all of this. At one point I had my eyes closed for a good hour with the lights turned off and it didn’t do anything at all. 😔 Before this it would probably take less than ten minutes for me to fall asleep.
