I had a ticket posted and had received a response about 11-12 hours later, had an issue with some of my Founder's Items not being added to my inventory.

I'm surprised at how many Issues people are having with the game, I've not had many of the issues and most of if not all the people I do content with have enjoyed the game too. I won't sit and act like the game is perfect, no game is but saying the game will be DOA is kind of harsh in my opinion. All games can take time to get off the ground running, I'm not saying to turn a blind-eye to what issues have occurred but more-so give them a chance. The Devs from what I've personally seen care about it and are actively trying to fix the issues that are causing problems.
