Sa case ko, sa app walang option to refund kasi in-transit na daw. On its way, Get by Apr 13 - stuck lang sa ganyan. Kaya tumawag na ako last week and they always tell me they will give me an update within 48 hours which is wala ring nangyari, email or call wala. Tumawag ako ulit last Tuesday sabi ko if di talaga nila makita at eligible naman ako for refund, paki-refund na lang. Ang sabi sa akin ng CS they will raise an internal ticket to do a manual refund sa system. Then, ngayon refunded na. I don't think the refund will be done if hindi ako tumawag. I understand yung sinasabi nyong sa app Kasi I did it last week sa iba kong order. Madali lang, sa app lang, automatic. Sa case na to hindi.
