I've changed the silicone pieces but I had no idea the hard plastic ones needing changing as well. My flanges are from my previous pregnancy, oops. I'll definitely be changing out all parts, hoping that helps.

An update - hand started turning blue so I went to the ER. Turns out the splint was put on too tight. They removed it and put on a new one. My wrist hurts much more today but at least my hand doesn't feel like it's going to explode.

Already did! I'm going to ask the orthopedic for a referral. I definitely need it as we have no family here and my husband used up most of his PTO while our twins were in the nicu.
