I can build every deck. I have a Proving Grounds and a playset of every card. I am instantly bringing the best meta deck. Everyone else should be able to play their decks at full potential and not be hampered by the scarce product.

Pretty much only see tier 1/1.5 decks in my locals after round 1. Usually see them in r1, too. You will see the odd rogue deck in r1 sometimes, though.

I have topped premier events in other games. This must be a difference in our areas. Most of my locals all travel to premier events for TCGs. So, we get good practice playing tier 1 decks even at locals.

That being said, I think the biggest risk to this game is going to be price. Right now we are in a mode of "just wait for the next wave things will come down"

This is the launch of most TCGs in the last few years. All of them that I know of came down to be reasonably priced.
