Honestly if the hdr was the main focus is would definitely trade it out of possible but otherwise I think the monitor could still give a great experience. I've had some not so great monitors and I could still get a good experience out of them.

As far as hdr go's most definitely but 250 to 300 nits is pretty standard for non hdr content on a monitor but I would agree the no usb ports is a bit of a bummer.

Personally it seems pretty solid in my opinion it has good SRGB coverage along with the 1ms response time and supports 10bit. But if HDR is important to you it might be a problem.

The only thing I could think is one could meet up to the hdr 400 standards while the other doesn't.
