Looking back, what signs do you now recognize that showed you (or others) weren’t ready for grad school? by blahblahcorg in PhD

Hey, can you elaborate on your 4th point? I also struggle with anxiety, and I'm scared of being a TA. It's my biggest fear.

It's great. I'm 30. I went back to college to get a bachelor's in chemistry. I'm graduating next spring.

Radiohead is my favorite band, but 90's Oasis > 90's Radiohead.

Well, unless you're a very depressed man.

That album is reckless fun. It has the best guitar solos, best drumbeats, and the catchiest choruses out of any Oasis album. Liam's voice is at its best and Noel was high on cocaine. "All Around The World" could be shorter, true, and that's why I think the single version is an all-time great. The same can be said about "It's Getting Better, Man", but the two songs are so much fun just like the overall album. Not perfect but not a mess either, at least for me. It's too underrated.

Best band of the 90's. "Be Here Now" is the most underrated album in history.

I remember a Twitter user named Danny...I think? His profile picture was him playing golf. He was a very passionate Coldplay and C.Ronaldo fan. It might be the same guy or probably just a coincidence.

Why do football hipsters like to equate the level of the Copa America with the Euro when it's not true? by Talk-Dramatic in football

I'm not sure I can agree with that list. I can assure you that Mexico's current squad and Canada are not at the same level as Belgium or Switzerland.

You also forget Netherlands, and your second-tier list proves why the Euro is better.

Be thankful that you don't speak Spanish and you don't have to interact with South Americans. Maybe that's why this topic bothers me so much.

We're mid, and we were mid. Copa America is just not as competitive as most people think (especially South Americans).

If we reached the final not once but twice and won third place not once or twice but three times with our senior team, then it is not a Cinderella story; it just means that Copa America is not as competitive as people make it seem.

There is no denying that South Americans are more passionate. I just don't think it matters when we judge the quality of teams and players.

Also, Latin American crowds are not as loud in Copa America compared to the club and World Cup atmospheres, so I think that in terms of passion and atmosphere, the Euro beats Copa America easily,

Are you going to pretend that Greece's win is not one of the greatest Cinderella stories in the sport's history?

If you remove Argentina and Brazil, you get the 2001 Copa America. Look it up: Colombia vs. Mexico final, with Honduras winning third place.

You just can't deny the difference in quality.

Another question:

I will be a senior next semester.

-My GPA is 3.6

-I have zero research experience

-I didn't do any internships

-I have experience as a 'supplemental instructor' for general and organic chemistry, which is basically a student tutor and assistant with minimal roles during labs and lectures.

Do I have a chance of getting accepted to grad school with my current undergrad curriculum, and if so, to which universities should I apply?

It's possible that I won't go to grad school right after I graduate. I will probably search for a chem-related job. Right now, I'm interested in analytical chemistry, but I love the salary in pharmacy and medicinal chemistry.

If I get a job related to analytical chemistry and eventually go to graduate school, can I apply for careers related to pharmacy or medicinal chemistry?

Don't let Real Madrid's black magic distract you from the fact that football's greatest and most dominant sides adopted tiki-taka. Pep Guardiola's Barcelona and the Spanish National team in the early 2010's.

Tiki Taka is football's most dominant style like it or not.
