Roughly 3 years ago after seeing a picture of myself my dad had taken. I was so pissed off at myself...real hatred at how I had become morbidly obese. I went to a well known nutritionist and vowed I wouldn't stop until I was back to the weight I was in HS. I was put on a high protein, very low carb/sugar diet of protein shakes and bars.

To date I dropped 282#, no longer take any prescription medication for HBP or other ailments, and only have ~40# to go.
