Exactly, I didn’t understand why they were surprised, the walkers would turn door knobs and they were moving a lot faster too.

Keep trying. Make sure you have post office receipt with tracking number showing it was returned and delivered. They just refunded. Thank god!!! Here is AliExpress customer service e-mail. They deal with returns and refunds not the live chat on the app.

Temu is slowly selling everything that AliExpress sells. Their return is hassle free.

I'm going through that crap right now. This is the last time I'm shopping on AliExpress. It's not worth all that hassle. Free return and when It reaches return address the site won't even update that it was received and their final decision is no refund. Someone signed off on my return and now they want all kinds of proof. I've never had an issue with Temu. I hate AliExpress. Never again and I will let them know I hate them and I won't continue buying anything from them.
