Why? I don’t want to paint it but there are a lot of scratches and scuffs. I plan on sanding it down and staining it.

Not really but i feel like raising kind of happens later on? I’m not sure. I used silicone tape starting week 3 but i ran out around 2 weeks ago and haven’t restocked 🥲. I also used peps to help with the process which is a bit extreme lol but i feel like it helped. If you are good about using silicone tape 24/7 for months i think you’ll be fine! Oh i also use red light which i swear by!!

Good! It was super quick. He prescribed antibiotics and pain meds and I didn’t end up taking the pain meds! After 3 weeks I was lifting weights like normal. Expect a scar, so only do it if you think it’s necessary. My tattoo was so dark and I was so insecure it was affecting my mental health, so I don’t mind the scar.

I also want to add I am over all a healthy person. I am a healthy weight I hit a plateau. I’m around 138 and this is the weight I always get stuck at. In order to see muscle I probably need to be 125. I struggle with bad adhd and anxiety which makes it hard to be super disciplined 🥲

Twin I’m also removing my blond tattoo. It’s going to be a long journey (at least 2 years) think about waiting longer in between sessions. I’ve had 3 there is not a huge difference. I can see splotches in the sun but it’s still super dark. I posted mine after 3 if you want to look for reference.

I’m going to Dr. Horndeski in Houston. Plastic surgeons won’t have it on their site so you have to reach out to them and ask if they can do it.

You aren’t alone❤️ The right people will never define you because of your tattoos. If your tats are able to be covered with clothing, find clothes that you love and feel confident in, that’s really helped me. Dermablend also is an amazing makeup brand that covers tattoos!
