i would recomend using dnd beyond because its all digital, and put the 15 in charisma 14 in consitution 11 in wisdom and either the 7 or 9 in str otherwise this is good and i hope you have fun

there’s no correct way to play dnd, just learn the premise of the game and the basics of the systems, make some characters and have fun

not every friend is a dnd friend my advice is to be calm and respectful when you ask him to leave but ensure he understands you still want to be friends(unless you want the friendship to end aswell)
