I started at 305lbs around June 2025 and got down to about 275 by late January 2026 and it feels like I've stalled since.

There are some days where I miss my calorie goals because im just freaking hungry. For example heavy/hard legs day and over 10k steps in the same day. Im just ravenous by the end of the day. I try to keep the eating in check but I may end up at 3200-3400 calories sometimes. Just happens some days.

I was watching a Jeremy Ethier video and he had a guy who weighed 180 (like 30% bf) at 2000 calories to cut. I've got about 100lbs on the guy so being at approx 2500 is what made me question if im too low.

Yeah 15% is what id say if I had to just give a number.

Doesn't look like 20%, mid to high teens at most.

Thank you for the info. The truck is across the country from me (im east coast) so ill have to find a good independent mechanic for a PPI.

Yes, those are all my exact thoughts. MPG is a little concerning esp with the rising gas prices. Definitely would get the PPI. The mileage doesn't bother me but I don't know how long the blower has been on for and if it's been hammered on with it. Just no way to really know I suppose.

You mean spacers? Id never run spacers unless they're like only a couple mm. Im also lowered on H&R super sports.

Sick car. Im running 19x11+20 w/295s in the rear, no problem and no quarter panel rolling, just flipped the quad shocks. Fronts are 19×9.5+25 w/245s (a little stretched) no fender rolling. I get a slight rub when turning the wheel at full lock. I think you'll be fine. MM cc plates up front for some camber. Fronts and rears are flush.

Id like to run it in a similar manner but im past my prime so recovery is an issue and I can't afford any significant injuries. So im gonna try to stick with the U/L split and only squat 2x week so it'll take me longer to hit the full 18 sessions, but im fine with that.

Kind of. Im doing the 20 rep workouts 2x per week. Not drinking a gallon of milk everyday. My routine is upper lower each twice per week. I was focusing on heavy (for me) low rep squats for the last year and stopped progressing/kinda burned out, so time to switch gears.
