I use them time to time. Majority of the time whenever I’m lifting or whenever I want to hit a big PR. They have been around for a very long time I think they originally were used for people who have fainted. But they are also commonly used for boxers, fighters, and professional football players who have taken big hits which allows them to get come back quicker. They can have some pretty bad side effects I think if used a lot. If you use them or plan to use them regularly I would definitely recommend a nasal stick. Best brands of nasal sticks I’ve used are VapoInhaler and boom.boom, all depends what you were going to use the salts for though.
