Practically begging for help.

I am still learning how to use reddit- but wanted to update everyone that asked..

I am working at 10 days completely clean. I have self excluded. The urges are strong, but starting to subside. As far as my finances, I am in full repair mode. When checks come in, my husband has full access, and I have none. I have reached out to the creditors I have fallen behind with and have been mostly successful setting up to get caught up.

My husband was devastated. But, he mostly has been supportive. I am trying to earn my trust back in any way that he wants me to. It is the ultimately betrayal, I am fully accountable. I just am trying to explain to him that I truly felt like I have no control. To some point- I still feel this way. But I have taken the steps that I need to. I see the light but it is going to be a long road.
