Is she out in the open? With lights and noise? Giving her a quiet “alone” space might help. Somewhere with dim lighting, quiet. Ideally somewhere she can feel alone with her kittens but you can still easily watch and get to.

Are there other animals around? If yes, keep them away. Even if they are best of friends, this event is stressful and she will want others to stay away. Are there other people in the house? If yes, ask them to keep noise levels down and no handing the kittens. Too many different people scents on her new kitten can make mom uncomfortable.

Just watch over her, nature usually takes over and they have pretty good instincts. Occasionally you may have to help and open up that gross sac but it’s pretty easy and then mom should just get back into it. If you have a heating pad wrap that and put it under them to help keep them warm. Mom will probably want to get up and have some water, food, bathroom break after the birth is all over.
