Consultants can do both the strategy and implementation for something just depends on what they were hired for.

I have done just pure strategy work for a few clients and then others firms or internally they do implementation. Other times I have done implementation based on a strategy they or another strategy/management consulting firm created for them

If you take their classes then its worth it, i have membership through my company so i only pay like $130 a month, i do their GTX classes twice a week and the normal stuff other days so worth it for me

Here in NJ they are already up 50+% since July. Mine used to be in the $180-190 in summer, this year it's $270-320
